PDF Rebranding Software
Instructions for
rebranding each issue with your unique affiliate links...
After downloading all
of the files above to computer, you should see the icons below
(excluding any new issues released since this was written).

The pdf's are the
individual issues. Each issue will need to branded with your
affiliate links. To begin the branding process, find the file called
"PDFBrand.exe". It may just say "PDFBrand" if you have
file extensions hidden, but regardless, the icon will look like this
one below...

Double-click the
file to open and you'll see the screen below...

Starting with the
first issue you wish to brand, either use the "Open" button
and browse to the issue or simply drag the pdf file for the issue
into the window. The issue will be processed as indicated below...

After processing,
you be presented with the following field. This field
represents "links" in the magazine itself. Basically, for every
instance that a link to one of our products appears in the
magazine, you have the opportunity to "brand" that link with your
affiliate link. If a reader clicks on one of these links and a
purchase results from that click, you get paid!

The field
translates as such:
ClickBank_Nickname = Your affiliate code for the Public
Domain Treasure Hunter's Kit
Simply enter your
ClickBank nickname in the field.
For example, my
affiliate link for the Public Domain Treasure Hunter's Kit
is...
http://pdpirates.pistolshot.hop.clickbank.net/
The code
"pdpirates" is the ClickBank Nickname I would use as an affiliate for this
product. When someone clicks this link, they land on the sales page
at
http://www.publicdomaintreasurehunter.com and when a sales
results, I get paid a commission.
Enter
your ClickBank Nickname into the field as shown below...

After up you have
each field filled out, click on the "BRAND" button as shown
below...

After the issue
has been branded, then you'll want to click on the "Save"
button as shown below...

By default, the
rebranding software will want to save the new branded version of the
issue as whatever the file name is and then "_Rebranded" as
shown below. You can name it whatever you wish. Our suggestion would
be to go ahead and save it as it recommends, then delete the
original unbranded file, then go back and rename the newly branded
file whatever you want.

To test the
results of the branding and make sure that your affiliate links have
been properly inserted, simply open the newly branded file and check
the links for proper operation.
Here's the quickest
way to check the links...
The very last page of
each magazine is an ad for our paid product, Public Domain
Treasure Hunter's Kit as shown in the image below.
This ad contains a link
to our product. Check this link for proper structure and operation.

That's it! Once you've
verified that your links are working properly, you're free to
distribute the magazine issues to whomever you wish - give them away
to your list, offer them in exchange for opt-ins, use them as
bonuses to a paid product, or add them to your membership site!
Repeat this process for
every issue you wish to brand. As new issues are released monthly,
rebrandable versions will be posted to this page for your use.
